Residence Life

Bethune-Cookman University’s residence halls are vibrant living-learning communities. While residing on campus, you’ll meet students with diverse interests, participate in residence hall-based programs that help you develop your career direction, your spiritual side, and more. All while creating lifelong friendships in a space where you can also step back and relax. 

All residence halls are within a ten-minute walk to academic, dining, and recreational facilities. Per the residency requirement, living on campus is required for freshmen and sophomore level students; keeping students close to all of the resources that will help them achieve their ultimate goal earning their degree. 

Residence halls

On our campus, the room cost for each residence hall is $3,688.00 per semester. Each room is equipped with a dresser, desk, bed, mattress, wardrobe closet, and smoke detector. This price includes WiFi, Cable, outside dumpster trash collection, access to the laundry facilities and computer labs.
